I'm newbie and I have 2 questions:

First, how could I downgrade a skill?

Second, I read this in another thread:
"The Wrestle will keep you from getting disrupted".

What does it means?

If you want to reduce a skill open you skill list. CTRL+K, maybe its ATL+K and find the skill you want to drop and click the arrow til it points down. Note that the skill wont drop unless you're at the cap.

If you are trying to cast a spell with 0 wrestling and you are getting hit you'll keep getting disrupted. If you have wrestling the chances of you getting disrupted are much lower and you'll be able to cast.

Down kills? You mean get rid of murder counts? There are shrines you can get rezzed at but I don't think you get rid of the counts. You have to "macro" them off by being logged in for X amount of time per short and/or long term count. Haven't gone red yet so not sure of the specifics.
