Quest NPCs in Britain

Post by Mens Rea »

The NPCs which stand around the blockades all day are annoying.

They get in the way and they don't actually do anything. This is worse than when lizardman invaded Britain and Trinsic during T2A for months on end and it was crap.

Not to mention for some reason the NPCs have a high level of detecting hidden and passively detect my thief, which is annoying.

I don't care what anyone else says.

I was thinking that too last night as I was going to buy a horse. Isn't the event over? Can't they be removed?

I too find all the extra npc guards annoying and worthless.

I agree that the items and mobiles from that event should be removed if it's over.

The end of the event is coming soon. I am making preparations to wrap this up. Unfortunately due to some RL conflicts on my part, this event has dragged out quite a bit more than I had intended. I have shut down some of the spawns already to keep the "spam" from them down. Hopefully within the next week I will have everything ready to wrap up and the extra items will be removed.

Well there you go.. the event isn't over.

Trinsic was hell for several months during the undead invasion that lead up to Trammel. I'm sure everyone will survive until this one ends.

I dislike the colors the NPCs are wearing.

Perhaps in future events the NPCs can be created so they don't reveal hidden people?

I will deff look into that next time. Lord British called order guards into service to protect Britian, and they are trained in detect hidden.
