I see nothing wrong with the way barding is, although I do recall it being difficulty based on OSI, but I see no reason to change it now..

Barding wasn't difficulty based on OSI untill Jul 23 2002. Before that it was purly based on percentage. A gm in music and provo should rarly ever fail at provoking any creature no matter what it was.
