90 vs. 100 int

I remember higher int giving you a higher mana regen rate...but if it doesn't then I'm definitely going with 90 int and 35 dex on my tank. I kind of just assumed that 100 int gave more mana regen than 90. Anyone know for sure?

i'd do it, because i'm interested to know for sure, but i'm tired and going to bed now. if you don't do it i will tomorrow. not that i dont believe mike but idk if he's actually tested it. i used to buff my int on osi for this purpose, i do it here also but idk if it's actually helping.
