You can stand there looping a "say cock" -> "Attack nearest blue" macro on a dexer. With razors auto-open corpse turned on, you can just sit there and grab the 20 gold and clothing the npc drops.

I know this does not sound like much, but when you consider that it takes 2 hits (for me with a decent spear) to kill them, and you factor in the cost of their clothing, it can add up. I made a hefty little sum trying this out for about 15 minutes.

2 hits to kill is equal to about 200 gold. That's 100gp per swing. If you have 100 dex, you can swing about 2 times a second. That's 100gp per/s. 6000gp per minute, minus your slow looting speed and adding in a 2 minute recall to the tailor to sell (with sell agent, and bank), I was making about 200k an hour if I kept with it patiently enough.

Not saying the npc is a bad idea, but perhaps it's clothing should disapear when it dies, and it should spawn without gold.

Or maybe you can give it some fighting skills so when attacked it's not such an easy/fast kill.

Just a thought.

Agree with removal of the vendor & there roads and tent, they can put vendors in their house.

Remove the vendor or make it invul - I don't get it, the vendor sells chickens? Chickens require 0 real skill in taming how hard is it to just go tame one yourself?

ah understandable. but i don't see how this could be profitable in the end result.
people are going to be spawn camping this ensuring you don't go grey.(assuming youre blue)
i'm not sure how matron is killing him in 2 hits but i tried with my war axe/war mace and it took me 5 hits.
