Countdown to fire off spells

The wiki doesn't list the wait time for casting, AKA the amount of time that each spell requires you to sit still without interruption before you're asked to select a target. I'm curious about this because, as a PVP noob, knowing what I can realistically pull off with spells is pretty important.

EV, for example. Doesn't this take a really long time? How could anyone cast it without getting interrupted? I've seen screenshots of people laying dead beside one in what looks like a duel setting. How is that done?

Also, total side note, are BS/EV stats based on your magery? The Bladespirit I'm summoning at my 60 magery can't solo two orcs. Are these just useless?

Anyway I'm all over the place here, but the real question is, does anyone have a list of spell times? I'd love to take a look.
