Special Moves?

Are there any in UOSA? Do the skill requirements differ from the official game? I've got Swords and Tactics both over 70, but I haven't seen my mana decrease or any indication that the moves are being used.

Special moves were added for UO:R and after. Which is past our time frame. You won't get those here.
