House deeds- blessed?

Although I don't really need to worry about it yet, since I can't afford them yet...

I seem to remember that originally although bought house deeds were blessed, the ones you got when you demolished a house were unblessed and lootable/stealable. Has this made it into UO:SA?

deeds in your top level pack are safe, if you're blue
if you're red it's a no-no

OK, thanks, so they stay safe even if they're redeeded ones from demolishing a house? (I thought UO:SA they then became stealable/lootable at that point).
