MIB's and SOS's

I know to fish up an MIB you need to be at 100 skill. But to fish up the SOS do you need to be at 100 skill?

I seem to remember being able to fish up the SOS's at around 85 skill. I maybe thinking of another era, but that number of 85 just sticks in my mind.

no, you only need 65 fishing to get the chest.

I use a newb char with 50 fishing to fish the SOS's i pirate from afk fishers.
