Try irc.wildirc.net

If that doesn't work, try opening the port 843. Seems pretty clear to me you should open that port.

I'm just clicking on the IRC Chat Menu button at the top of the forum page.

It was working yesterday without any trouble.

It makes me sad.

I just discovered you can use:
/server irc.wildirc.org
to connect, pending the dns fix for the .net domain
