I noticed that there are very few house selections available, Sandstone patio house, small tower, and small workshop, these were great houses for flavor and style, not to mention sandstone patio is the best vendor house ever!
Also when were tents removed from OSI?

Tent deeds were removed from vendors in October '98, right around the time of T2A launch. All existing tents were destroyed in Dec or January

Sandstone patio = Ugliest house in UO ever. (Aside from custom housing. Blech)
I'd take a two story patio any day though.
Plus no one owned a one story small house after they brought out two story smalls.
