Housing Deed's Decay rate

Is there any chance Derrick might look at this and make deeds safe from decay? I would hate for someone to quit over such a trivial thing, but it sure could happen.....

all newbied items and body parts decay super fast in houses. if you put them down, lock them down.

Better yet , just keep em in your bank or on your person. There's no reason for them to ever hit the ground. They weigh nothing.
