[14:17] <UOSAPlayer4056> cr3w guild is a joke. Ran by staff members, multi client pking, this shards a joke and a half.

Part of the reason why nothing is done about ghosting is probably because when someone starts a discussion about it a bunch of wise guys like Mikel123 come up with as many as he can think of for how not to die to 3 pk's in tera keep, but the fact of the matter is Im there all the time and I've seen maybe 5 different people who try to farm Balrons which tells me that all of these are "ideas" do not work or are unpractical. A stamina pot gets you thru the person blocking the hall if they dont have a chest but the person still has to successully recall. It's a lot easier to chalk up your tactics than it is to survive using them Mikel123, which is why no one is down there...because its dangerous enough without a group of well co-ordinated reds trying to pk you. All the while they have the advantage of timing because they're ghosting the room.

Arkias, (1) hunt in groups, (2) try to use the balrons to your advantage, provo one of them on the dexxer (TG almost always runs with 1 dexxer and 1 mage), and you might end up 1v1 (which does not guarantee success).

But, mostly stick to (1), it is not as profitable, but you stand a much better chance to get out with some loot...and the stuff you came in with.

As others have mentioned, PanpipeTG is a fixture in Thera Keep, he's as sure to be there as the scattered logs on the floor. He'll either try to nija-loot your kills, or bring in the comedians, so it is not as much a ghosting issue as much as a stealthing issue. Cast reveal as soon as you get there in several spots and if you see him, you know what's coming. It's a fair tactic, and anything done to ghosts in the shard will not change your problem in Thera Keep.

Carrying invisibility, teleport and magic reflect items greatly increases the chance of escaping from pks. You can set up dress agent profiles in razor then use a hotkey to toggle them on and off.

Farm with magic reflect (the spell) on at all times, if a red name pops up hit your invis item macro followed by your reflect item macro. If you have a teleport ring then teleport away from the pk while hidden, then recall out. If they try to interrupt it gets reflected. If multiple people somehow target you before you recall out simply toggle the invis item back on and teleport away again (or even teleport down the hallway with it).

You can also carry blocking objects such as crates, tables, etc. It is very easy to set up a macro to drag an item and drop it at your feet (convert to relative location). These make nice roadblocks while you run away.

Ghosting is a fair tactic to be used in my opinion; it is just a creative way to PK. There are many other creative ways to get around being killed. If you don't want to invest the time or effort into protecting yourself then it would be best to avoid the most lucrative spawns that are more likely to be ghosted. I doubt anyone has a ghost at the air or earth elementals in shame right now.

Put your loot in a chumbox.

So many people have auto-search containers turned on in Razor.

Just out of curiosity, is there no recall in t2a? Maybe just no recall from the Tera Keep? I know you cant recall between the old and new lands, but can you not recall out of the Balron room to say... Papua?

Yes you cannot recall out of the Balron room. You have to go back towards the courtyard, at least past the narrow passageway.

Certain parts of tera keep just give you a message saying "Thy spell doth not appear to work..." when you try to cast recall (power words not displayed, it just doesn't allow you to cast it). You also can not mark inside or gate travel.
