Large Hellcats (aka "predator hellcats") should have around 160-180 STR and HPs (http://www.tamingarchive.com/tamechart.html)
I just tamed and Anatomy'ed a couple and found them to be "strong as an ox" (80-89 STR).
Likewise, Lava Lizards should have 140 to 160 STR and HPs, I believe (maybe 135 to 155?), however I just used Anatomy and found them to both be "strong as an ox" as well.
