To clarify... tracking will allow you to know of every living character in the vicinity, hidden or visible. Ghosts can see all other ghosts. So if you have both, you know everyone who is there. There were two ghosts conversing there, and they had two living alts who would occasionally stop by to try to fight me. They also had a third friend come by, who was not a ghost.

I should clarify further,
If you are leaving, and no friends are around, and nobody else is at the IDOC, you should NOT post it. Instead let the thing fall. It reduces the item count and helps the server load!
