Ice Dungeon lower level

The lower level that's accessed near the treasure chests near the old lands entrance... I read on a 1999 archive of Stratics that "an evil mage lives here". We seem to have a crapload of orcs. Anyone know the accuracy of this?

I think what it may be referring to is the ice fiend room which is also technically a "lower level" and does have evil mages.

Hmm... now that I look at it, the main description of the page does list Orcs, Orc Captains, Orc Mages, and Orc Lords, which I am pretty sure weren't found anywhere else. By October 2000, it was home to Ratmen.

I can't get archive.org to pull up the specific dungeon page with the Ice map itself, so I'll hold off on pursuing this further for now.

That little area was always an orc fort. The lower level was also always balrons and evil mages. No idea if that changed after T2A, but it definitely is correct spawns for T2A era.
