Time to restock in free-use tournaments

I started watching some tournaments this week and noticed you only get about 15 seconds between rounds to restock. I can see this being fine for a free-use tournament, but for non-free-use, it's a pretty short amount of time. I wanted to try to get a sense of whether people would prefer something a little longer. My guess at an appropriate time is one minute, because it's long enough to refill some potions and reagents, but I don't think it would greatly disrupt the flow of the event itself (for spectators and participants).
