What is the market price for both?

CBDs are going for 400-650k right now it seems, slowly on the incline too

It actually seems to be on the decline a little. BeatingU is down to 500K and anytime I see someone put one up for auction there's no bids. That's not to say that people aren't buying lots of them for 500K in private deals , but I'm guessing the sell price is more in the 350-450K range right now. I think everyone is unsure how to price them so the market just isn't that liquid.

Black Sandles seems to be climbing because the word is that they've stopped spawning but there was a heavy spawn a while back so a lot of people got hold of them. They seem to be around 20-30K but rising.

The last 2 Ive purchased a paid a tower deed each for. I anticipate them to go up to around a mil in due time - although I don't ever think they will go back to what they cost before this whole holiday deed fiasco.
