Hmm, can GM fishermen not fish up items like this? I've never gotten one.

I believe this is just a regular "a magic pickaxe" identified as "an indestructible pickaxe" that he got from an mib, so it is practically worthless imo ( about 50gp?) if all of these assumptions are true.
