I used a character with GM armslore on it to check it, and as I said, it came up and said it looked "unused." Naturally, anyone wanting to buy it is welcome to check it before they make the purchase.

Yea, I was assuming it was a new hally myself. Considering the facts that it probably isn't unused and my bid was only so high as to beat a bid that has been retracted, I would like to make a new offer of 75k
