how does one lock down a key ring up high on the front of a house? Thanks

stack 3 tables and 2 other items .. like books .. then add key to the top of stack
lock down the key
and pick up other items

I thought it was something like that but I didn't want my butt hanging out on a limb while I tried to figure it out. Thanks bro.
