No one is stopping you from out bidding them, they also offered me a buyout price similar to yours, I'm keeping this a fair and traditional auction with everything in public eye

If you are ditching the idea to make an Undead RP guild just because you aren't getting Despise Valley, then I am sorry to say that you lack actual motivation. Real estate shouldn't be the #1 dictating factor in your guild's creation, perhaps Yew Crypts seems rather fitting for an undead guild, no?

Not Lack of motivation, but kinda needed a player established city to do what I was planning to do. If you ever played catskills back in the late 90's there was an undead guild by the yew crypts. I just cant see it working with just a tower in the middle of the trinsic jungles. Plus itd be easier to get people to join with a bad ass player city etc; Whats undead about that? See what Im saying? Despise, would have been much more undeadish/eviler(?)

I have to say that I find asking someone to let you buy out of an auction a tad uncool.

Stating that a guild that doesn't exist, and that you haven't even established yet, will be good for the server boggles my mind. Plus it's also somewhat conceited surely to believe that your purchase would benefit others more than a winning bid from Paradox. As an aside, I happen to know that paradox has really great ideas and is active and contributing to the community every day.

Not meaning to rant, as you sound like a genuinely nice guy and are obviously well intentioned. I just feel your argument is unfair and less than tasteful.
