Price check for a bank check worth 20k?

These have been hard to sell in the past 6 months or so. IMO they are worth about the amount of the deed + about 5-10k. To give you some perspective everlynn tried to sell hers for 115,000 (which was about twice the amount of the deed if my memory serves me correctly)

Ic, thanks for the info! I assumed they wouldn't go for much more than their actual value.

the really small checks sell much better than the alrge ones
as people just want it for the sake of having it so having 150k locked up in a little yellow thing doesnt make sense if you can have 50gp locked up in one
20k is still low enough you could sell it pretty easy i think
