I ping 100 average and I get "spikes" up to 150-200, which sucks.

that does suck. every time i check i average about 100 but i haven't checked somewhere where a lot is going on. i guess my ping isn't too bad. i keep losing my connection though. i wonder why that is. i get booted several times a day while macroing.

My ping today was average 260 when i typed -ping in game lowest 160 to highest 495

You shouldnt worry as mutch about the ping its all about how many hops you got i have 17 from were im playing from

I used to get kicked a bunch. Just try turning off the music in the options menu. Worked for me.
