You are bidding on these two small houses that are within 1 minute boat ride of the North Mountains. The Mountains are literally just to the North East and takes seconds to arrive there. Ive personally loaded a full backpack of shovels onto the ship, mined for 4 hours straight, and walked away with 15k+ ingots. Tired of dragging your ore everywhere? Afraid of getting them stolen? Simply fill your boat up with ore, bring it home and offload. I'm reluctant to sell, but I just moved into a larger home. This is a great area, extremely low spawn, and never seen any players around. There is also a spot for another home close by, in case 2 homes aren't enough
