need help with hot keys for spells and junk

can someone post what a good hot key set up is for magery provo and the such. any ideas will help

what works best for hotkeys for spells and such healing , provo and that kind of stuff

Whatever you can use with one hand while you run around using your mouse with the other

a lot of people use ctrl/alt z,a,s,q,w,d,x, etc

[platy]

Assuming a money making char i like:
F1-F4 use skills/lastobject-lasttarget [for bandaids] / etc..
F5-F8 cast beneficial spells (F8 i lock as teleport)
F9-F12 miscellaneous (on my tamer these are my Taming Commands

Assuming PVP char:
F1-F4 beneficial spells
F5-F8 harmful spells
F9-F12 half disrupts and half 7th circle (FS/Meteorswarms)

Easy Targeting:
Mouse roll up = targetself
mouseroll down = last target
Mouse Rollball Click = cancel que

pots are numbers 4-9 above letter keys
debuffs are numbers 1-3 on numpad
arm/disarm are numbers 1 and 2 above letters
use item in hand is 3 above letters

Tab = useskill meditation
scrollLock (which is my worst macro) is resynch client

thats about all i can think of without logging in..
