Awesome! Second Age is doing good! But I need some help.

Post by mikemg123 »

I remember at least 2 and half years ago, probably more, desperately looking for a UO shard that would give me the experience I desired and remember from my youth. I was thrilled to have found UO Second Age but at that time there was an average of about 9 people on only at a time. Derrick you've done a great job I remember talking to you often there in the beginning. Anyways my question is, is there any resource or archive I can look at and find my old login info or possibly anything else? I remember I had bought a house and 10k each reg. Definitly gone now but I should have stuff in the bank to help me get started again. I hurt to stop playing those years ago, but its great to be back. I hope nothing significant has changed.

Welcome back old friend!

If you had a forum account at that time it would probably be near the top of this list: memberlist.php

If you can remember a character name, look it up on http://my.uosecondage.com and PM me the link.

If you can think of any information that might help, please PM me that as well. i'll do my best to dig up these ancient accounts :)

Derrick I appreciate your quick response it was helpful. I was number 174 joined Fri May 16, 2008 7:35 pm ultimaforever. I figured out all my account names, and even though I lost a lot when my houses fell I found a good bit of gold and other things in the bank so I'm happy. It's very pleasing, the success of Second Age, congrats to all you guys on a job very well done. Mikel I believe you have impeccable taste yourself.

Great to hear, and again, welcome back!

If you want to recover your old forum account, you should be able to do so via the forums from the login page. The early days were touch and go, and I appreciate you giving us a try back then, it certainly is difficult to get into an MMORPG game in which the Massive is only represented by 9 players.

Just wait until one of them pulls a Freeza and steals the other's avatar.
