No Spawn No Neighbors Grass Mining Tower

It's a tower on the grass, not in the jungle, not in the swamp, not on the ice. You will probably never see a neighbor, and there is no spawn anywhere in the immediate area. You can probably mine from the porch, as it is a couple of steps from a mountain. There is no crazy obstruction or tree blocking the door, it is easily accessible. If this is the type of home you are looking for shoot me a pm, post an offer, catch me on IRC. Deal will be done with a broker or you can pay first, I don't really care either way. If you are looking for a secretive hide-away, this may be the spot for you.

I'm assuming this is the tower that I used to own. If it is the same tower, it is an excellent spot for mining and is very quiet in terms of spawn and people. I almost want to buy it back.
