Macroing question in razor
Macroing question in razor
I tried setting up a macro to steal dye tubs from my packy, but he keeps stealing the same dye tub. There is no option to insert "target next" in razor, so how can I make him steal multiple dye tubs instead of just the one?
Re: Macroing question in razor
You should simply have to right click on the dye tub target (probably says absolute target now) in your razor macro screen and select "change to by type" or something like that.
If you are familar with "by type" and already doing that than you have run into a annoying issue i always have with razor of not being able to tell it a container to target from.
In this case you would have to work in some restock/organize macros so everytime you steal something you put it back, but i dont know if you can do that with a packie.

Thnx for the reply, and yes I already have it target by type, but for some reason it keeps stealing the same dyetub then it puts it back in then steals the same tub all over again.
Re: Macroing question in razor
I don't think you need to steal different targets to gain skill, do you? One bag worked fine for me.
Re: Macroing question in razor
just use one item and record dragging it back onto the pack horse after you steal it.Cheapsuit wrote:I tried setting up a macro to steal dye tubs from my packy, but he keeps stealing the same dye tub. Re: Macroing question in razor
On OSI it was necessary, but it might not be here (I don't know the specifics of how we have the skill gains coded here).Red wrote:I don't think you need to steal different targets to gain skill, do you? One bag worked fine for me.

it isnt here. i went from 30-100 stealing the same bag of gold coins by just adding weight to it.Kaivan wrote:On OSI it was necessary, but it might not be here (I don't know the specifics of how we have the skill gains coded here).Red wrote:I don't think you need to steal different targets to gain skill, do you?
