I am not necessarily looking to sell this tower unless I see some fancy bidding. I can easily hold onto it and let it continue to gain value, but I figure I can at least give someone the chance to own a nice home if they really want it.
Let it be known that just because I am putting an opening bid on this, does not mean that I am obligated to sell it to any bidder, for any reason. I am only looking to see what the community is willing to pay for it. If I get what I am looking for I may very well sell it off.
I will be generous and start this with an opening bid of 650k. Trades are welcome, but know that I am only interested in gold & silver. If you have something else to trade feel free to contact me but im not going to trade the tower for a handful of rares.
There are no other houses in the immediate vicinity of this tower, probably at least 3-4 screens at least. Yes the grandfathered, locked down items on the steps will come with the tower.
