Don't they sell for 3gp each at the vendor? That's quite the markup.

Knowing how long it takes me to collect 60k boards and 60k feathers I feel this is a fair deal

You can typically sell them for 5gp each, but selling a lot of 60k is going to be tough. It takes around 10k arrows to GM archery.
