A Supremely Accurate Halberd of Vanquishing! - SOLD!

I've got this supremely accurate (+25 Tactics) halberd of vanquishing for sale.
I have only had it for a couple of weeks, and really only had it out of the bank twice, killing some Elder Gazers.
I can't imagine it has much if any signs of use, as it spends it's life collecting dust in the bank.

I don't think I'm far off base when I say I will entertain offers of a Small Deed to get things started.

In order to get far off base, I will accept a buyout of a decently placed Patio or Two Story house, actually placed.
(Crazy, but I don't really care, I'm just tossing it out there in case anyone is actually that crazy)

No, I won't meet you at your house. I would prefer to use a broker as this is not to be taken lightly.

I'll leave this up until Saturday, at the latest, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to shut down early, if I see fit.

where did you get it? was it from a monster/tchest or did you loot it from someone? trying to get an approximation of its use..
