Not an auction, looking for 2.5 million no less... it cost me nearly 2 million to buyout the area to place. I may consider a mix of Rares and Gold.
A castle never stood in this location before I placed it, there for I am the only owner.
No one was ever friended or Co-owned, any runes I own to the courtyard will be handed over.
