Prepatched masks?

Bear with me, here (no pun intended). I think I'm a little behind on the times. Are ALL pre-patched masks now worth lots, and not just special hued ones? And if so, what are the separate kinds (bear, deer, orc) worth?

What patch are the masks "pre" and whats the diff between them and "post-whatever-patch" deer, bear, and orc masks?

Same as sjane, forgive my ignorance. I've been holding onto some masks for a long time, but never paid attention to them.

as my understanding is those pre patch masks/sandals that are called "grandfathered" wont get destroyed when a macer or whatever beats u with his stick. but i can be wrong... also i did read that even the after patch obtained masks/sandals would need like a weeks of konstant 24/7 bashing to ever break or whatever it was.

There was a patch in February or something that made any clothing blessed after the patch breakable (depends on various factors for how long it takes to break). If any clothing was blessed before the patch it wouldn't break. Pre-patch are worth a lot more than post-patched blessed items.

just a handfull ppl blessed regular masks before this patch so its like a jackpot to get one.
no one wnats to bless a breakable mask for like 4-5mill ;>.

for an item to be 'grandfathered/pre patch' it needed to havea bless deed used on it before the new year

Sandals that are blessed after this point break after about 6 Hours of constant beating with a gm macer vs a 0 wreslter naked. So if you wear fresh pants/kilts even non grandfathered sandals will never break

The mask will break after 2-3 hours of constant beatings with a mace gm skill vs 0 skill.

well essentially masks that are prepatch are very valuable compared to non prepatch ones.
Sandals value wouldnt change much as they are virtually indestructible prepatch or not.
