I've never understood the goal of posting IDOC locations on the forums. The only things this can possible accomplish are (1) more players swarming the house trying to fight over the l00tz meaing less reward for the poster, and/or (2) the house owner being alerted to the IDOC status of the house and refreshing it.

So, what's the point?

On a shard with very very very few hot spots, I like the idea of announcing IDOCs...it makes it more of an event and will attract more people, more action, and ultimately be a better time.

oh just saw that someone posted in here ^^

well yes the intention was to create a pvp hotspot even if only for a short time, but many ppl complain about no pvp happening, and this is my share that i do from time to time to provide players that are really interested in pvp to have some fun even if i always see like the same 5-6 faces fighting at idocs while the rest sits @ banks or wtfganks 5v1 bards in destard.

oh well and the extra action also helps me to do what i do best and get the ppl that flag on me killed hence eliminating possible looting competition *cough*
