At yew bank go to east side of (ex)Bigouds vendor house, head north until you hit the water, and there's a vendor named Ansely on the steps of a small house. I usually keep tele rings, various invis items, and a few reflect items on the vendor. I'll put some extra tele rings on it tonight--I believe I have listed around 300gp per charge.
