I'll expect payment from the winning bidder before I transfer the house. Thanks.

If you don't want to do that let me know and I'll offer to the next bidder. My online time is very limited at the moment and trying to set up a three way meet is impractical.

I've done plenty of house sales without a broker, the threads are on here, but with this one everyone's got the paranoia going.
