I would like to see the Furniture Dye Tubs with Unlimited Charges introduced, but I don't think a Veteran's Reward System is the way to do it unless you can keep track of "Days Played".
Like one poster said, it'd just be someone logging into their buddy's account to get their rewards. If you could keep track of it by time played (I believe this is kept track of by the server already), then i'd consider it...even then I don't know that I support Veteran's Rewards in any manner.
Regardless, unlimited furniture dye tubs aren't gonna break anything on this shard except the rarity of dyed furniture. I don't see how that should be an issue as I've seen several things that were "rare" go next to worthless. CBD's? heh
Introduce Unlimited Furniture Dye Tubs...preferrably through some kind of crafting event or quest as we all know the PvP'ers got enough fun and games catered to them.

I understand there are many out there that wouldn't like this at all, but sometimes you have to think of other people, too. I know a lot of the more craft-oriented players on this shard would love a change like this.
It doesn't mechanically change anything with PvP and whatnot.
It is Era-Accurate, so that's not an issue.
The only real issue I would think is how to implement the Era-Accurate Item.

P.S. I am all for getting rid of Neon Items. I hated those Eye-Sores almost as much as I hated Trammel, Item Insurance, and Custom Housing.

I'm a 90% crafting player on this shard and I absolutely hate furniture dye tubs. They are an eyesore as much as those masks and neons are an eyesore. They simply do not look good and should have never been introduced to UO because of how terrible they make items look.Light Shade wrote:I understand there are many out there that wouldn't like this at all, but sometimes you have to think of other people, too. I personally like the way the system is now. It prevents a mass overload of terrible looking items into the world.
However, regardless of what I feel on the topic, it is era accurate to have unlimited charges, so it's really in the hands of the admin to make that call.
