Small on water in Windmere Woods. No surrounding houses. Limited spawn (usually in nearby woods).

Timed 45-second run to Vesper Bank.

Price: Small Deed + 20k BO. Otherwise, bids start at Small Deed + 5k. If there are multiple simultaneous offers, I reserve the right to sell for higher than buyout.
