perfect mining or pvm spot 20 seconds from brit gate!

this small is in the woods south of brit and just west of the gate, excellent spot for mining or pvm asking deed + 20 no clue why my screen shot isnt loading its just south of the tower thats butted against the mountain one screen.

Just as a heads up, the most recent sales of smalls in that area have barely squeezed Deed+20k, so you might want to reconsider your asking price, after some research into recent sales.

^^ agree, i sold my small right next to the brit library for deed only. i didn't really care to get much more out of it as it was just a pain to hold.
