As for staff heads...just create a character with their name and kill yourself. Instant head?

Go try to make a character named Derrick or Braden, and that will answer your question.

Maybe Derrick and Braden appear in the list of NPC names? If so, and if you have patience and a disguise kit, you can get those last two heads for your collection.

Why all the discussion about my heads? Can we not just enjoy the fact that the heads are named the same as GMs? Really?

The head of Illusion WAS, in fact, taken from Illusion the Counselor. I found him at the Counselors Guild without his invulnerability on. A cropped screenshot of it is in my current signature.
