Anyone interested in Sandstone Table?

I am posting this on behalf of a friend of mine to see what kind of offers are out there for this sandstone table.

According to him there has been an offered of a placed keep.

He's relatively new to the shard so I am posting this to help him get the best offer which suits his needs.

There is nothing wrong with an offer of a placed keep, but someone who is developing his characters and working up his accounts might be interested in other offers.

I am happy to discuss the matter in private or in public but alas I cannot accept an offer on his behalf. I will have to confirm any arrangements with my friend.

His name is Bernini. He found the table, I'm just helping him out because it seems the WL guild is trying its best to rip him off.

For instance Telamon trying to assert that the table is worth less because of the direction it is facing. Telamon paid over 1.2m for a piece of the same table under 4 weeks ago (viewtopic.php?f=74&t=29432). Meanwhile, another WL member offers up 6 *small house deeds for the piece. This is the kind of thing I am trying to avoid for my friend.

On the other hand Bernini is pleased with the progress of a genuine 700k bid from Rammar.

Besides, there's nothing to hide - except for maybe on WL's part in trying to pry an item from a relatively naive player for far below its value.

Now you're trolling the trade forums with your 'opinion' on what it is worth to ward off legitimate market value offers.

It doesn't matter what you, or even Blackfoot for that matter, thinks an item is worth. It's willing buyer willing seller.

I'm absolutely certain that Rammar [and anyone else with the capacity to buy the item] has the wherewithal to determine what he is willing to pay, and investigate the value of the item with reference to other sales.

You missed this table spawn Telamon, live with it. Your guild couldn't scam the item from the person who did find it, live with that too.

Arsen made an honest mistake in his memory, he sold me a Marble Table piece for 2 mill, which obviously is a bit rarer....but Sandstone is totally awesome as well!

I try to look in from time to time, but no plans to come back, don't worry

so it would probably not be far fetched it went for way more gold than the usual pieces
