To my knowledge, this is the only one in existence. A while back, I asked Derrick about it, and he said he is pretty sure that it's the only one he has created, but could not be certain.
I received it as part of my winnings from Beautify Britannia III, a few years ago. Sadly, it's been sitting in a box, unused for most of the time. Hopefully it's new owner has a nice place to display it.
The east-facing item is rather "tall" and when placed at floor level, will sit on the wall about the same height as a 10gp crafted dart board deed would. The difference? This one has AWESOME knives sticking out of it!
I'll let this run a few weeks if needed, but will be willing to end it if I get an offer I can't refuse. I reserve the right to cancel this if I don't feel the offers are sufficient. Start your offers no lower than a keep deed. Unless you're just here for the LOLs.
Transfer can be done via a secluded small (add a small deed to payment, I transfer house to you, you gate to your house from within the locked doors), or via a trusted and well known broker.
