Bids are public and if during the next 4-5 days certain items end up with ridiculously low bids I leave myself the option of not selling the item. Everything can also end much quicker if the demand is high. Also, every deal should be confirmed publicly here on the forums so neither party can scam.

(It might be worth mentioning I'm looking for a decent location tower)

Some offers are rather low compared to the stickied rare dictionary. Some are lookin good though, after I get some sleep now I might come back and close a couple of deals so get your bids in..others I might keep cooking. The bids for the true blacks are shameful. Check the dictionary for approximate price range or provide a valid reason for something to be cheaper.

Keep in mind that the dictionary you speak of was written by one person. And a person who a) doesn't play here anymore b) many people thought was really shady, and c) sold rares himself. So it's a rough guideline at best. You'd be better served by searching the forums for recent completed sales. That being said, yeah you should probably get more than what the bid is on the sandals, but something is only worth as much as someone is going to pay for it. Also it might help to set minimum bids for future auctions such as this. Good luck with your sales.
