Yeah, people let it collapse hehe.. I owned it once. Like I said it's a cool spot. Great for lumberjackers.. so If you are a LJ buy this spot. It's great.. no people bothering you, the occasional 10hp mongbat.

I think it would be good for a vendor if you are looking to do that.. people always like something close to guard zone. Which that house is.

But it can get quiet on moonglow in any location.

Omg, seems like my old house went idoc :/ I definitely want it back, but 2 small deeds is too much, how about deed + 20k?

Sweet trade, he even offered me the house just for the deed price (i paid him deed + 15k, he deserved it). No broker needed.
