Keep is sold. Tower next door still for sale. WiseOne bid deed + small. Deed + 2 smalls can take it. Top offer by end of weekend gets it.

Bought the tower, I transferred the deeds first then Applejack transferred the tower. Very smooth and problem free. No broker needed, he's a very honest and professional player.
