Order/Chaos Shields

I'm having trouble finding/figuring it out. What is the command?

I think you say "chaos shield" or "order shield" to one of the chaos/order guards.

Right after T2A started this was the case sorta, you had to have high enough fame and be in a Virtue guild to claim them. For this shard you just need to be in an Order or Chaos guild.
