Scavenger hunt?

I got a clue today for a scavenger hunt by going beside LB. Well I know we cant post solutions but can you lead me in the right direction. I thought about this clue forever but its, "A tranquil fountain flows under stars." So thats like a peaceful fountain under stars. I figured mage shops and the telescope by moonglow but nothing. Can anyone LEAD me in the right direction but not give away the solution. Stars could be anywhere.
