IDOC Yew Vendor Small

Post by idoc »

This small house very near the Yew bank and moongate would make an excellent vendor home.

The house went idoc between 5:39AM and 5:41AM EST. With a 2 minute window, if you're familiar with house decay times, you'll know when to show up (be there around 10:15pm EST to be safe!).

Regardless he speaks the truth. And is probably only sharing because he will be at work/asleep. We detected the house change from 4:20 -5:00 am cst through . . more legal means (aka recalling).
Two notes here:

1. When a tower went IDOC near the orc fort, we had it pegged within a 5 minute window. Though in our case we had quite a few people checking. I just happened to click it, see it IDOC, told everyone, and Thigog told me he checked it 5 min prior.

2. I had an unnamed person message me saying he heard I was the 'person to go to' for an IDOC searching program. Dunno where he heard this or why he thought id give it out if I did have it but, short of him being BSed by someone (most likely), it wouldn't surprise me in the least to find out there is one out there.

Can Razor click house signs? I never tried it or needed it to. He must be using razor or something to do it because I see no cursor in that pic.

From what I read about how the illegal programs work, they automatically make any house sign in your screen say their status of decay with no clicking required. So somehow it manipulates in game mechanics. I know jack squat about computers or programming but it sounds as if it manipulated the game similiar to razor (however razor does it)

LOL. I guess that person asking Ronk that has never heard.....of Google. I'm pretty sure the programs are detectable in some way (I remember ppl on OSI getting banned for using them). Maybe it was a little birdy trying to get evidence to try and get you banned?

It crossed my mind but the part I found most humourous was the fact that I own house...I guess two if you count the tower on loan to me. And I never get IDOC's or sell them. Thus...if I have l33t programs to find IDOC's I must suck at life. Lol.

If I ever write a UO program it won't be a pixel finder, it'll be a group manager to help the orcs slaughter you stinky umies more ;-) And id probably run it by derrick to get it approved. However, I don't really have the time to work on anyhting like that right now.

Did anyone else want it? O_o

I don't see how a small so far from the yew gate would get good business...

It's a screen from the bank and tons of other vendor houses. I'd say it's in a good location for a new vendor. Not the best, but damn good.

Well, I guess...any time I go to yew I check the one patio on the corner and not much else. There are so many vendors there I can never remember which is which or what one sells what items so I don't even bother. Not to mention all the scam vendors peppered in.
