need help with uo install

I cant seem to get uo to downloud i get a Error message everytime i try to install uo .This is the meassge i get ** An error occurred while copying the file skilname . enu** Helps Plz

I have windowx xp I tryed downloud t2a Era client with patch to version 5.0.8.3 torrent
